SkyWheel is a 187-foot tall (57.0 m)[2] Ferris wheel in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. When it opened on 20 May 2011 it was the second-tallest extant Ferris wheel in North America, after the 212-foot (64.6 m) Texas Star in Dallas, and the tallest wheel in the United States east of the Mississippi River. Skywheel has “42 glass-enclosed, temperature controlled gondolas” described as “ballooned-out square”,[5] each with seating for six passengers. Unrelated people are not required to sit together.

The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade, located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, officially opened in May 2010 at a cost of nearly $6.4 million and runs 1.2 miles (1.9 km) along the oceanfront from the Pier 14 at 14th Avenue North to the 2nd Avenue Pier at 2nd Avenue North.
The northern section, 8 feet (2.4 m) wide with a raised wooden deck design, runs from Pier 14 to Plyler Park, the location of “Hot Summer Nights”, with live music twice a week during the summer, and weekly attractions that include a “Kids Carnival”, bagpipes, and a Dixieland band. The middle section, from Plyler Park to the former site of Myrtle Beach Pavilion, has “a carnival atmosphere accompanied by restaurants, bars and gift shops”. The Southern Promenade, from the former Pavilion to 2nd Avenue Pier, city officials describe as a “meandering oceanfront park” with benches and landscaping. The 2nd Avenue Pier is the location of weekly fireworks.

Broadway at the Beach is a shopping center and entertainment complex located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The $250 million attraction is set on 350 acres (1.4 km2) in the heart of Myrtle Beach and features three theaters, over 20 restaurants and over 100 specialty shops as well as attractions, nightclubs, and hotels, all surrounding the 23-acre (93,000 m2) Lake Broadway. Broadway at the Beach receives upwards of 14 million visitors annually.

The Myrtle Beach Speedway offers NASCAR Racing Experiences including Pace Car Rides (a Ford Mustang with regular seat belts, up to 3 people can go), real NASCAR rides and Drive a real NASCAR experience.

Family Kingdom Amusement Park is a seaside amusement park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Located on Ocean Boulevard, in the heart of Myrtle Beach, the amusement park has 37 rides for adults and children of all ages, including thrill rides, family rides, kiddie rides and go karts. In business for more than 40 years, the park has a 2,400 foot, figure eight Swamp Fox wooden roller coaster, which is one of only 122 wooden roller coasters operating in North America. Plowing with mules, making lye soap, grinding grits, blacksmithing, curing meat, preserving vegetables, milking cows, and harvesting crops are only a few of the demonstrations at the Farm. Events at the Farm change with the seasons so check in throughout the year.

We have grown to 70+ members who form a diverse group that share their knowledge with each other and visitors.
